A Thai-qualified associate in our Bangkok office's energy and infrastructure team, Jitranut focuses her practice on the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, renewable resources, acquisitions, joint ventures and other commercial transactions in Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region.
She has substantial experience in the areas of traditional and renewable energy project developments, mergers and strategic acquisitions, foreign investments, real estate matters, and other relevant commercial and legal aspects of transactions.
