Alice represents issuers and underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions, primarily in the power and utilities industry. Her experience includes common stock issuances and establishment of "at-the-market" programs in the US and Canada, US and cross-border secured and unsecured debt securities, acquisition financings, hybrid securities, Rule 144A/Regulation S debt offerings, and liability management transactions. Alice also advises clients on general corporate matters, including corporate governance, ongoing reporting, disclosure, and compliance requirements.
