• Advised on the conclusion of a joint technology development contract between a U.S. chemical company and a large domestic company
• Advised a Swiss company on the registration of a domestic offset registry system and the conclusion of a greenhouse gas emission trading contract with a domestic power generation company
• Advised on the conclusion of an online game software development and licensing agreement between a domestic game developer and a large Chinese company
• Advised a German company on preliminary countermeasures against the suspension of business that might be imposed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor due to a casualty accident that occurred in Korea (Ruled not to take a suspension of business)
