Before joining Miao & Co., a Han Kun associated Hong Kong firm, Mr. Li practiced with an international law firm focusing on dispute resolution. Mr. Li serves various mainland listed companies, SOEs, Hong Kong listed companies and multinational conglomerates. He has experience handling disputes concerning JV agreement, shareholders-' agreement, international trade as well as general commercial cases.
