  • Represented China’s largest steel group in anti-dumping investigations against Chinese steel conducted by the Korea Trade Commission, responding to the investigations and handling price undertakings
  • Won a case involving the application of WTO concession tariff rates related to the classification dispute over imported semiconductors from Belgium
