Profile
Jesús Campo is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice, having worked in the Valencia and Alicante offices.
He has broad experience in managing all types of civil and commercial court proceedings in matters relating to corporate and contractual law. He has also participated in numerous judicial and arbitration proceedings, including international processes, for the jurisdictional protection of plant variety rights and in the area of insurance law.
With respect to teaching experience, he was a lecturer in procedural law at Universidad de Castilla La Mancha while a pre-doctoral research fellow. He is currently an associate lecturer at Universidad de Alicante, where he teaches various subjects attached to the Procedural and Commercial Law Department. Since 2015 he has also been a lecturer on the Fundesem Master's Degree in Business Legal Counseling, and regularly participates as a speaker in different forums.
Jesús is a member of the Valencia Bar Association.
Education
Doctor of Laws, Universidad de Castilla La Mancha.
He has completed various specialization courses, notably the Master's Degree in Fundamental Rights and Public Freedoms (UCLM); the Master's Degree in Insurance Law (UNED) and the Executive Degree in Business Law (Centro de Estudios Garrigues). He also has a degree in Humanities.

Articles
Author of the monograph entitled "Setting aside the award on the ground of infringement of public policy" (*), Aranzadi, 2019. He has also contributed to collective works and has published multiple articles on procedural, commercial and civil matters in specialist journals such as Revista de Derecho Mercantil, Revista Aranzadi Doctrinal, La Ley or Práctica de Tribunales, among others.
