Jess is an Associate in our corporate department advising on all aspects of corporate law, including venture and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, investments and general corporate advisory mandates.
Jess works with a variety of clients including private companies, venture capital investors, management teams and owner managed businesses.

Jess trained at a regional firm in Buckinghamshire and qualified in February 2023. Jess moved to work at a corporate and tech specialist law firm for over a year before joining Shoosmiths in September 2024.
Jess completed her degree in Law and French at Cardiff University and LLM Legal Practice (Solicitors) at BPP Law School in London.
