Meticulous general real estate guidance
Jenna Nwafor assists clients with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, zoning and other general real estate matters. She has experience drafting and reviewing transaction documents.
As a Quarles summer associate, Jenna assisted in drafting closing checklists for commercial real estate transactions and examined resources regarding environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in commercial real estate to create model ESG clauses for real estate lease agreements.
