Profile
Jeffrey Frasier is a Shareholder in the Firm's Portland office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Mr. Frasier represents family members and fiduciaries in trust and estate disputes; family members, fiduciaries, and protected persons in adult guardianship and conservatorship cases; and plaintiffs and defendants in financial elder abuse, real estate, construction, and business disputes.
Spending the first 17 years of practice as a Southern California litigator, Mr. Frasier honed his skills representing individuals and businesses in courts from Santa Barbara to San Diego. During this time, he developed a reputation as a skilled practitioner, known for an effective courtroom presence and strong written and oral communication skills.
