Jeff practices in all areas of employment, labour, and human rights law. He provides employers with strategic and practical advice to navigate legal matters in the workplace, including in relation to hiring and termination, workplace policies, employment standards, workers' compensation, occupational health and safety, and human rights.
Jeff regularly represents clients in employment-related litigation and dispute resolution matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as the Labour Relations Board, Human Rights Tribunal, Employment Standards Tribunal, and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal. He also advises clients with respect to labour and employment issues related to restructuring and the purchase and sale of businesses.
