He regularly advises businesses and individuals on matters involving tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and transactions with complex tax implications.
He also leverages his experience in civil and tax litigation to bring strategic insight from both a preventive and a litigation-oriented perspective.
In his role, he provides legal advice on tax law and associated regulations and obligations. He conducts an in-depth analysis of each client's situation and makes strategic recommendations tailored to each client's specific needs.
Jean-Marc is also a published author with articles featured in tax and finance magazines.
Prior to joining the firm, he practised tax law at a world-renowned law firm, where he worked on major, high-value cases.
