Profile
Javier García Fernández is a principal associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area.
He has extensive experience in providing advice to and defending individuals and companies before the courts in all jurisdictions, especially the civil jurisdiction. He has also participated in a number of arbitration proceedings for the resolution of disputes.
Javier García Fernández is a member of A Coruña and Santiago de Compostela Bar Associations.

Official qualification as Inheritance Law Expert, Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
Doctorate/postgraduate studies at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela as part of the doctorate/postgraduate program entitled "Contracts: Current Legal Framework", upon the conclusion of which he was awarded a Diploma of Advanced Studies following the submission of his research paper "Safeguards for consumers and users when acquiring consumer products".
He has lectured on the University Master's Degree in the Legal Profession at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and on the Executive Master's Degree in Business Law at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
