Profile
Javier Bragado Lorenzo is counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts practice.
He has extensive expertise in advising on commercial law and, specifically, on corporate law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, joint ventures, private equity, national and international corporate restructurings, as well as providing board secretary services, over a wide range of sectors and industries.
He acts as board secretary at a large number of leading companies.
He has advised many of the main national and international funds operating in the sector and has participated in some of the most significant transactions in Spain in recent years.
He has lectured on a number of courses and seminars (IIR) and has collaborated with Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Universidad Carlos III.
Javier Bragado Lorenzo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
