Jason Gikungu is an Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.
Jason specialises in banking, project finance, energy and infrastructure, and capital markets.
His experience includes advising a wide range of clients, including development finance institutions, international financial institutions, banks and microfinance institutions on regulatory compliance, financing structures, transaction documentation and due diligence in complex banking and finance matters.
In addition, Jason is also experienced in mergers and acquisitions and has advised on mergers and acquisitions in the banking, insurance, tourism and healthcare sectors and/or industries.
He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
