Janja Zaplotnik is a partner and head of the advisory unit of the law firm. Janja specializes in competition law and state aid - both in terms of ensuring the compliance and representation in proceedings before competition protection authorities and courts, and in terms of competition law aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She is also skilled in commercial contracts and consumer law as well as in leading complex advisory projects with several workstreams.
