Janine's practice focuses on advising policyholders in insurance coverage matters and complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts.

Janine has significant commercial litigation experience in both federal and state court, including all phases of discovery and motions practice. In addition to representing corporate policyholders in insurance recovery matters, she has served as lead counsel on a number of cases brought under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), advised clients in cases involving residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), and counseled individuals and companies facing government investigations.
