Janet Lindeman advises clients on complex commercial real estate matters throughout the United States, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, financing and mergers. She executes multi-million-dollar commercial real transactions for a variety of clients, including:

Prior to joining the firm, Janet worked as assistant general counsel for a national retail corporation where, among other responsibilities, she led all aspects of the real estate legal practice. As a partner previously at an Am Law top-five international law firm, Janet's clients benefit from her experience on the law firm side of real estate transactions.
