Jamar E. Brown is partner in the Dispute Resolution and Private Clients groups in the Geneva office. In the dispute resolution field, Jamar represents international organisations in employment disputes before specialised administrative tribunals, including the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization. He is also a trusted advisor on internal investigations, disciplinary matters, and appeals before internal review bodies.

In his private client work, Jamar specialises in regulatory and compliance matters, guiding trust companies and family offices through complex reporting frameworks such as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and the Common Reporting Standard. Beyond this, Jamar is highly experienced in international commercial arbitration and the management of cross-border disputes, offering tailored solutions for private clients and trust companies facing multi-jurisdictional challenges.

Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Jamar worked at a large law firm in Geneva for 18 years. He advises clients in English and also speaks French.
