Mr. Jae Jun PARK is a foreign attorney at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on International Transactions, Foreign Investments, and International Finance.
Mr. Park previously worked at POSCO International, LG Electronics, Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, a Malaysia-based law firm, Lutz Alley, and SillaJen, Inc., where he served as Chief Legal Officer. While pursuing his LL.M. degree at UCLA School of Law alongside attorneys from the United States, Europe, and other jurisdictions around the world, he received the Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award, the highest honor in the Silicon Valley Law course. In addition to his qualification as a foreign attorney, he is also a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (U.S. CPA), which gives him a sophisticated understanding of capital markets and corporate finance. Mr. Park has particular strengths in international finance, the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors, as well as startup advisory matters. He has also demonstrated expertise in the sports sector by successfully advising on international contracts and FIFA regulations relating to the transfer of a former member of the Korean national football team to an overseas league. Fluent in Korean, Chinese, and English, he provides practical solutions to complex domestic and cross-border legal and business issues based on both his legal expertise and hands-on management experience gained from serving as an executive officer and representative director at various corporations.
