Profile

Mr. Jae Hyang KIM is a senior advisor at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on capital markets, including IPOs, public company disclosure and compliance, delisting matters, corporate governance, and ESG.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kim served at the Korea Exchange (KRX), where he held both managerial and professional roles in the areas of public company disclosure, delisting, IPOs, and KOSDAQ market policy. In particular, he participated in the review and decision-making processes for IPOs and delistings while serving as Secretary of the KOSDAQ Market Committee, the decision-making body for KOSDAQ IPOs and delistings, and as Head of the Listing Management Department, overseeing delisting operations.
Drawing on the extensive expertise and practical experience gained during his tenure at the Korea Exchange, he advises both listed and unlisted companies on a wide range of capital market matters.

  • Handled a case on the disclosure of false information during the 7th Simultaneous Local Elections

  • Requested an extradition for a cult leader accused of a sexual crime
  • Conducted a conditional public sale in order to prosecute illegal fishing offenders who did not pay the extradition claim security in the exclusive economic zone, and to lead to a judgment of ship confiscation and prevent said ships from being provided for illegal fishing hereafter
