Jack Bennett focuses on matters of trusts and fiduciary disputes for effective management and resolution. He has experience in administrative and litigation support for matters involving tax issues, trusts and fiduciary disputes. He also drafts documents for estate planning, including:
- Wills
- Power of attorney and healthcare power of attorney documents
- Living wills
- Trusts and probate filings
Jack brings a steady, strategic approach to resolving trusts and fiduciary disputes, shaped by hands-on litigation experience and a foundation in tax and estate planning. Clients value his ability to simplify complex legal issues, stay composed under pressure and treat their matters with the same care he would his own.
Prior to Quarles, Jack served as a law clerk at a smaller estate planning firm, where he provided administrative and litigation support for family law matters involving trusts, fiduciary disputes and tax issues. This combined experience has given him a strong foundation in both advocacy and thoughtful estate planning.
