Iván Sbert Muñiz is a senior associate in the Tax practice area of Garrigues' Palma de Mallorca office, where he has pursued his professional career since joining in 2009.

He has ample experience advising on matters relating to both direct taxation (Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax and tax consolidation) and indirect taxation (VAT and Transfer and Stamp Tax), and on transfer pricing issues.

He also advises clients on an ongoing basis on maritime taxation (e.g. Registration Tax, VAT on imports, VAT on charters, etc.).

Iván Sbert Muñiz is a member of the Association of Economists of the Balearic Islands.
