Ivan Fierro is a Senior Associate focused in Public Law and Infrastructure practice.
With more than 15 years of experience Ivan has lead important roles in the public sector in Colombia. His outstanding performance includes being part of the team that created the most ambitious infrastructure project in the country "Cuarta Generación de Concesiones", which was developed at the National Infrastructure Agency since 2011.
The public sector performance gave Ivan an extensive experience in the legal management of public entities, especially in the structuring of public-private partnership projects, as well as in the contractual management of public and private contracts.
Education
Lawyer of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, has a specialization in Public Management and Administrative Institutions from the Universidad de los Andes and another specialization in Financial Legislation at the same university.
