Mr. Fischer is a partner at FBC and his practice involves a wide range of complex cases, with a particular emphasis on the expropriation of agricultural land and land reform.



Mr. Fischer serves as the firm's professional manager and his responsible for the firm's knowledge management, continuing legal education, and programs for the articled clerks, as well as editing the firm's newsletter.



Mr. Fischer has lectured on family law and on Jewish law at the College for Management, and on philosophy at the Tel Aviv University.
