Irene practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law, assisting clients with a range of business matters. Irene has extensive experience assisting clients in negotiating, drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts and other business agreements. Irene has also assisted clients with a variety of corporate transactions such as asset and share acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, corporate reorganizations and other corporate matters.
