Iraide Flecha is a senior associate in the corporate law area.
She specializes in corporate law and commercial contracts -while serving in some cases as secretary or vice-secretary to their corporate bodies-, as well as in M&A.
She also provides recurring advice on insurance and retirement planning instruments, as well as pension fund managers, regarding both substantive law and regulatory law.
Furthermore, she has extensive experience in hospitality industry, specially in the area of hotel lease agreements and hotel management agreements.
Iraide Flecha is a member of the Biscay Bar Association.
