Iñigo Ramírez Roquette is a principal associate in the Real Estate practice.

He has extensive expertise in real estate law, both in transactions traditionally involving real estate assets, such as sale and purchase transactions, construction and project management agreements, and leases, and in financial transactions linked to the grant of real estate guarantees in financing or refinancing processes. He has advised domestic and international clients on the acquisition of office buildings, shopping malls and logistics parks, as well as on some of the biggest sale & leaseback transactions performed in the Spanish market. In recent years, he has advised some of Spain's leading financial institutions on processes for the acquisition of real estate assets, the acquisition of assets as part of insolvency proceedings, processes for the award of assets, divestments and portfolio restructuring.

He has been an associate lecturer at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and is currently is an associate lecturer in Private International Law at Universidad Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).

Iñigo Ramírez is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
