Inês has 9 years' experience in providing ongoing advice to multinationals in matters of Labor and Social Security Law, including hiring, individual and collective negotiations, outsourcing agreements, transfers of undertakings, disciplinary proceedings, lay-off procedures, assistance with labor inspections, processes involving the secondment and/or temporary assignment of workers, collective layoff or job elimination proceedings, restructuring, labor due diligence proceedings, insolvency proceedings and their impact on employees, in-company training in various areas of labor law.

She also has experience in the area of labor litigation and in administrative proceedings, along with Social Security and Labor Authority matters.
