Profile
Ms. Borosh is an associate in FBC's Competition & Antitrust Department, where she provides legal counsel to individuals and private companies with respect to antitrust matters relating to complex merger transactions, restrictive arrangements, and cases involving monopolies and abusive business practices.
Ms. Borosh also represents companies in civil lawsuits and arbitration, including class actions and proceedings before the Antitrust Tribunal.
During her legal studies, Ms. Borosh served as a member of the editorial board of "Hearat Din", the Haifa University Law Review, and served as a research assistant in the fields of the law of evidence, intellectual property and copyright law. In addition, Ms. Borosh served as a teaching assistant in several intellectual property and copyright law courses in Haifa University.
