Inathi Mpapa is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.
Inathi specialises in commercial litigation with a focus on disputes arising in the financial services industries and general commercial disputes.
His experience includes assisting clients in matters proceeding in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court. Inathi also advises clients in respect of non-litigious matters relating to the Companies Act. He has been involved in a number of high profile disputes.
