Mr. In Seo OH is a managing partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Criminal Defense Litigation, Criminal & Compliance (C&C), Election & Regulation, and the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.

With over 25 years of experience as a prosecutor from 1997 to 2021, Mr. Oh held various positions, including Departmental Chief Prosecutor of the National Security Division at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and Chief Prosecutor at the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors' Office, the Daegu High Prosecutors' Office, and the Suwon High Prosecutors' Office. Currently, he serves as a non-executive director at Kbank and actively provides legal advice as a legal advisor for several companies, including ATIUM, SungEel HiTech, and Mntek.
