Ilazki is a partner in the Tax practice area at Garrigues' Bilbao office, where has pursued her professional career since joining the firm in September 2000.
The areas on which she focuses primarily are the direct taxation of companies, the consolidation for tax purposes of groups under the regional and State tax legislations, and international transactions. She regularly advises major Spanish business groups pertaining to a variety of sectors, including the media, insurance, new technologies and distribution, and in railroad concession projects in various countries and projects for the international expansion of real estate groups.
She is a lecturer on the Master's Degree in Tax Consulting course at Universidad de Deusto.
She regularly speaks at courses aimed at insurance entities.
She is a member of the Gipuzkoa Bar Association.
