Igor Esparza is a principal associate in the corporate and commercial law practice.

He specializes in corporate law. In this area he regularly advises boards of directors on their statutory obligations as well as on matters relating to corporate governance and to the discharge of the office of board secretary. In addition, he has partaken in the resolution during the pre-litigation phase, of numerous corporate disputes in the family business sector.

His practice also includes the planning and execution of corporate restructuring transactions in the context of investments and divestments as well as the setting-up and reorganization of corporate groups. Also of note is his experience in negotiating and drafting all kinds of commercial contracts, in particular regarding M&A processes, in both domestic and international projects.

Lastly, Igor Esparza has experience in the sale and purchase and development of real estate, including the structuring of real estate ownership and the setting-up of community owners' associations, real estate complexes or new works deeds, as well as in negotiating the agreements that regulate the relations between the various agents involved in real estate and construction businesses.

Since 2013 he has taught classes on corporate law in the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad Pública de Navarra.

He is a member of the Pamplona Bar Association.
