Ignacio Villanueva Redondo is a senior associate in the Tax practice area of Garrigues, providing tax advice on an ongoing basis to numerous companies (mostly multinationals) from a broad range of sectors. He has been particularly active in counseling companies from the manufacturing, extractive and cement and pharmaceutical industries, having built up considerable knowledge of the specific tax issues commonly arising in these sectors.

He has also advised several family businesses and high-net-worth clients in relation to corporate restructuring processes (mergers, spin-offs and contributions).

Ignacio Villanueva Redondo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
