Profile
Ignacio Vargas is an associate in the Banking and Finance group. He has extensive expertise in asset, acquisition and project finance and restructuring debt transactions, acting on behalf lenders, borrowers and sponsors, at both national and international levels, in energy projects, infrastructure and corporate matters.
Mr. Vargas worked before joining Garrigues as an associate of the Banking and Project Finance Department of Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría and Morales & Besa.
