• Provided extensive consulting services related to the Serious Accidents Prevention Act (SAPA) for major corporations and subcontractors, including Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, Incheon Port Authority, POSCO E&C, and Hyosung Heavy Industries
• Handled investigations in response to fatal workplace accidents involving the SAPA and the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) for major public corporations, including Korea Water Resources Corporation and Korea Expressway Corporation
• Handled investigation response related to a serious civic accident at Anseong Centerfield
• Handled investigation response and legal defense related to the SAPA and the OSHA in connection with the fire accident at Daejeon Hyundai Outlet
