Hugo Miguel Pérez Conde is a senior associate at Garrigues' Vigo office, his specialist fields being Tax, Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, and Family Business.

He has extensive experience in general tax matters (corporate income tax, personal income tax, VAT, regional and local taxes) and international taxation, providing tax advice to companies and senior management personnel from a broad range of industrial sectors, and to entrepreneurs in relation to processes for the handover of family businesses.

Mention should be made of his expert knowledge of the shipbuilding sector and transactions taking place in it, built up through many years serving as tax advisor to shipyard companies.

He also has considerable experience in the corporate law field, particularly in restructuring transactions and corporate reorganization processes, agreements between shareholders, and family protocols.
