Profile

Holly is a partner in the London private equity team, focussing primarily on both international and domestic private equity and private M&A transactions, including bolt-on acquisitions. Holly works with private equity clients, corporate clients (including PE portfolio companies) and management teams on their investments, acquisition and disposals and general corporate matters.  Holly is a trusted adviser on both international and domestic transactions in a breadth of sectors including technology, healthcare and pharma.

Recent experience includes advising:

- Five Arrows on their minority investment into Schivo Medical.
- Five Arrows on their investment into Mintec (Expana) and the subsequent acquisition of Agribriefing.
- Five Arrows on their majority investment into Agilio.
- Advising Agilio on its acquisition of DCME, Dengro and Blue Stream Academy.  
- Advising on the merger of n2y LLC and Texthelp to form Everway.
- Advising on the acquisition by Everway of Scholarcy, Matchware and ExamWritePad.
- A large veterinary group on multiple acquisitions in the UK.
- Advising Five Arrows on its acquisition of Intact.
- Advising Downing LLP on multiple care home exits.  
- Advising Halma on its acquisition of Alpha Instrumatics
