She regularly advises on transactions involving listings on The International Stock Exchange and has extensive experience in listing securities on TISE, including high-yield bonds, asset-backed securities and variable funding notes.

She has acted on a number of transactions involving high-yield and private placement issuances, securitisations and the issue of convertible bonds.
