Commercial real estate and leasing counsel for complex transactions
Hillary Bean guides real estate owners, developers, investors, landlords and tenants throughout the country in commercial real estate transactions of all sizes. She represents clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 100 companies in sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, development projects and leasing matters. Hillary regularly negotiates and drafts commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements and related transaction documents for office, retail, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, mixed-use and flex properties. She conducts complex legal due diligence and advises clients on transactions involving environmental risk considerations. She also is experienced in:
