Ms. Zonder is an associate in FBC's Corporate Department and is highly experienced in providing professional and practical legal advice with respect to private and public financing transactions, corporate and securities laws and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining FBC, Ms. Zonder served as the legal advisor of the corporate finance division of the Israel Securities Authority and prior thereto, as a partner in a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
