Profile
Hellen Brockway is a principal associate of the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, Securities Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions practices.
She has experience in corporate restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions of companies and significant assets, and negotiation of shareholders' agreements. She also provides recurring advice on securities market matters to regulated investment funds and companies.
In the academic field, she worked from 2009 to 2013 as assistant lecturer to the Chair of Civil Law at Universidad de Chile.
