Heidy Martínez is an Associate in BLP Nicaragua and specializes in Corporate Law. She has extensive experience advising clients on corporate matters, including the preparation of commercial documentation and corporate resolutions, as well as providing comprehensive support in the incorporation of companies, from their formation through full operational readiness. Her practice also includes solid experience in notarial law, encompassing the preparation and execution of powers of attorney (general, generalísimo, judicial, administrative, and special), wills, purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, the structuring of loan agreements secured by mortgage and pledge guarantees, donations, and transactions in lieu of payment. Additionally, Heidy has experience in procedural and registry matters, including judicial and extrajudicial collections, civil and criminal mediations, promissory note protests, representation in civil proceedings, as well as property registry verifications, property registrations, and the registration of pledge guarantees. She joined BLP as an Associate in 2025.
