Heidi N. Boyles is a partner with Greenspoon Marder LLP's Real Estate and Complex Commercial Transactions practice groups. She concentrates her practice on representing developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and corporate clients in a variety of complex real estate and finance transactions. Her practice includes representing clients in large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, timeshare and vacation ownership projects, and hospitality and retail projects. Ms. Boyles represents the largest privately held timeshare and vacation ownership company in the U.S., handling a wide variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, leasing, inventory and receivables financing, and securitizations.
