Heidi N. Boyles is a partner with Greenspoon Marder LLP's Real Estate and Complex Commercial Transactions practice groups. She concentrates her practice on representing developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and corporate clients in a variety of complex real estate and finance transactions. Her practice includes representing clients in large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, timeshare and vacation ownership projects, and hospitality and retail projects. Ms. Boyles represents the largest privately held timeshare and vacation ownership company in the U.S., handling a wide variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, leasing, inventory and receivables financing, and securitizations.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Boyles has built a reputation for navigating high-stakes matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, and sophisticated financing structures. She guides her clients through all aspects of their transactions from contract negotiation and drafting, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing. Ms. Boyles is known for providing practical, business-focused solutions that protect her clients' interests while facilitating successful deal execution.
