Hank has guided clients through regulatory, enforcement, and examination proceedings before various agencies, including the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, state financial services departments, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, among others. He offers federal regulatory compliance support to national banks, lenders, servicers, remittance, and fintech entities concerning a range of consumer finance acts and regulations.
