Han-Hsien Miletic is an Attorney in the Firm's Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. Ms. Miletic defends employers against individual claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, and failure to engage in the interactive process, in addition to class and representative wage-and-hour claims.

Ms. Miletic has experience representing both public and private entity clients at all stages of litigation and providing advice and counsel to clients on a variety of employment-related matters.
