Employment-based immigration counsel focused on client service

Halima Nur provides immigration support to a variety of corporate clients across industries, focusing on providing solutions for complex mobility and immigration matters. She represents clients before key U.S. executive agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor and Department of State. Her experience includes:

  • Overseeing the preparation and filing of the full-spectrum of nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1.
  • Managing the full PERM Labor Certification lifecycle.
  • Filing employment-based I-140 immigrant petitions, including Multinational Managers and National Interest Waivers.
  • Advising on family-based immigrant petitions and filing permanent residence applications.

Halima serves as a dedicated partner to clients and provides proven results to complex immigration issues as they arise. She also maintains an active interest in pro-bono matters. While in law school, Halima worked on humanitarian immigration matters, including representation in asylum matters before Immigration Courts and filing for permanent residence under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
