Hailey Oberst is an Attorney in the Firm's San Francisco office and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. Ms. Oberst represents clients in a wide range of employment and commercial matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of contract, wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and single-plaintiff disputes in state and federal court. Ms. Oberst also represents clients in mediation and before administrative agencies.

Ms. Oberst provides extensive advice and counseling that includes drafting and revising employee handbooks, revising specific wage and hour policies and misclassification issues, advises on FEHA, FMLA, CFRA, and PDL issues, and prepares severance, employment, disclosure, and confidentiality agreements.
