Haas Hatic is an AV® Preeminent™ attorney and a Partner in Greenspoon Marder LLP's Complex Litigation practice group. He has over 35 years of federal and state court trial and litigation practice. Mr. Hatic's practice focuses on complex litigation matters, those which require exacting management of legal strategies, scheduling, briefing, discovery, experts, trial preparation, trial, and appeals.

Mr. Hatic represents businesses in court and arbitration across the country, in matters involving consumer protection law, commercial law, employment law, and statutory and common law. He has significant experience in counseling and defending businesses in putative class and mass action claims in more than a dozen jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Mr. Hatic served as an associate professor at a major university teaching constitutional law, judicial process, and other courses relating to government and policy analysis.
