Gray Sasser advises both emerging and established businesses on matters spanning the corporate life-cycle, from initial capital formation, to sustaining contractual relationships, to eventual sales transactions.

In addition to his 20 plus years of experience as a transactional lawyer, Mr. Sasser has worked in journalism, politics, academia and government.  This broad experience allows him to collaborate with his corporate clients to craft creative solutions beyond the four corners of a contract.

He has counseled domestic and international clients navigating the complex intersection of cryptographic computing technologies and U.S. securities laws and continues to advise on private securities offerings whether the company's stock ledger will be kept on a spreadsheet or on the blockchain.

Additionally, he regularly collaborates with the Firm's entertainment law practitioners on matters at the nexus of content creation/distribution and more traditional corporate law tasks of transaction structuring, entity formation and asset sales.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sasser practiced in Beijing, China where he advised Fortune 100 companies on complex merger and structured finance transactions.
